Unwanted Goods

You are entitled to return any goods for refund within 7 days from their receipt. However, delivery costs will not be refunded unless we have supplied the goods in error. We also reserve the right to claim back any fees or card processing charges incurred by the order as well as a 15% handling charge.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If the reason for return is the supply of a faulty items, then this will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with the nearest current equivalent of specification product. Any delivery costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed by LED Lighting Products Ltd.

Guidelines For Returning Items

Before returning goods to us, please email with your name, address, and a description of the product and reason for return. Please ensure that the returned goods are securely packed and insured against loss as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us. Returned items must be complete with all original packaging with all accessories, however apparently insignificant.

It will speed up the returns process if you include a copy of your invoice together with a covering note detailing the fault (if applicable). We strongly advise you to use a method that has a record of despatch and requires a signature.
